Typical projects include feasibility studies; roadway and infrastructure design; analysis and design of grading, storm drainage, storm detention/retention, water systems, and sanitary sewer systems; erosion control plans; permit processing; constructability analysis; quantities and cost estimates; bid document preparation; and project coordination/administration.

Requirements include a BSCE and EIT with a California PE highly preferred, 7+ years of residential design and related infrastructure experience; and demonstrated abilities to work well in a team environment, meet deadlines, and work under minimal supervision. Extensive experience with Civil 3D and Microsoft Office required.
