Oversee the daily operations of the Identification and Access Control Center, including marketing, scheduling of hours, facilitating maintenance and repairs of facilities and equipment, and planning of upgrades to the access control and surveillance systems to improve safety and security, efficiency of services provided, and to assist with retention efforts.
Works closely with Emergency Management, Residence Life, Events and Conference Services, Campus Police, Facilities Management, Student Affairs, academic departments, campus center, and enrollment management to ensure quality products and services.

Manages the daily operations of, upgrades to, and repairs to access control for all academic, residential and auxiliary services including, classrooms, building entrances, labs, and parking/pedestrian gates for the main campus and downtown campus.
Managed over 1 million dollars in security funds installing over 300 surveillance cameras and over 50 access control devices improving safety and ease of access to facilities and parking areas.
Collaborated with Emergency Management and Campus Police to contribute a 70% reduction in campus crime through strategic security upgrades and a rewriting of campus identification and access policies.
