Project: Analysis and Design of Multi-storey Institutional Building
• Created a system dynamics model to assist City of Las Vegas (CLV) in developing Vulnerability Assessment and Adaptation Plan under TEX Program by AGU
• Generated HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS models to develop 1-D and 2-D flood inundation maps in HEC-GeoRAS within ArcGIS for a research project
• Performed sediment transport modeling in CCHE-2D; conducted sediment impact assessment in HEC-RAS; designed urban drainage in AutoDesk Storm Sanitary Analysis
• Conducted hydrologic analysis, surveying, planning, layout, grading, drainage design, hydraulics, drafting, and cost estimating of building, road, and hydropower project
Projects: Madhkyu Khola Hydropower Project (13 MW), Access road of Molun Khola Hydropower Project (7 MW), Local Development Training Academy Building Project
• Executed detailed hydraulic design of structures and furnished design drawings
Projects: Richet Khola Hydropower Project (5 MW), Suri Khola Hydel Project (6.4 MW)
• Completed structural analysis and design of hydraulic structures in STAAD.Pro; prepared rebar details in AUTOCAD; produced design reports and project schedules
Projects: Upper Hugdi Khola Hydropower Project, Molun Khola Hydropower Project
• Directed the design and supervision of outlet channel for Imja Lake Lowering under “Community Based Flood and Glacial Lake Outburst Risk Reduction Project” as Deputy Team Leader; prepared detailed project report, construction schedules, contract documents, specifications, and progress reports
Performed site investigation; conducted hydrologic analysis of Madi river; designed a CFST arch bridge in SAP2000/CSIBridge; furnished AUTOCAD drawing for the bridge components; and performed economic analysis for a research project entitled “Feasibility and Design study of CFST Arch Bridge in Nepal”
