My current role is Construction Estimator at Courtad-Dalton LLC. I am moving back to Chicago this summer thus, I am seeking new employment for August 2020.

Work History

Courtad – Dalton LLC, Mantua, Ohio | August 2016 – Present

Construction Estimator Learned to estimate by reading company’s old job files, prior estimator’s notes, and capturing methods and formulas. o Bid on 157 projects bid between Feb. 2019 and May 2020.
o Awarded 32 projects to contract.
o Received a total of $ 3,250,000 in contracts revenue.

Project Engineer Attended Maplewood Career Center for a course in AutoCAD drafting. o Created Shop Drawings for submittal to Owner/Architect.
o Field measured site conditions.
o Engineered ACM panels, BOM’s and Schematics Drawings.
o Updated marketing materials, including website re-design.

Safety Manager STSC

Earned an OSHA 30 certificate and a STSC certificate with BCSP.

o Ensured OSHA compliant processes in both factory and field.
o Conducted weekly site inspections and “Toolbox Talk” trainings.
o Published Site-Specific Safety Plans for every contract project.

Fabricator / Installer Trained for 6 months as ACM Fabricator and 9 months as Field Installer.

Industrial Designer Participated in product development process; from market research, to conceptual sketching, 3D modeling, prototyping, manufacturing, packaging, patent filing. o Modeled products in 3D using Solidworks.
